Here are some suggestions on how to dress up your pizza:

These toppings make a complete Lean and Green meal when you use the ENTIRE crust:

  • 1/4 cup reduced fat cheese (1/4 Lean) and 1/2 a link of Al Fresco Andouille Sausage or Italian Sausage (1/4 Lean)
  • 1/4 cup reduced fat cheese (1/4 Lean) and 1 oz turkey pepperoni (1/4 Lean)
  • 1/4 cup reduced fat cheese (1/4 Lean) and 1.5 oz Jennie-O Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage, cooked (1/4 Leaner Lean)
  • 1/4 cup reduced fat cheese (1/4 Lean) and 1.25 oz 93% ground beef, cooked (1/4 Lean)
  • 1/4 cup reduced fat cheese (1/4 Lean) and 1.5 oz grilled chicken breasts, cooked (1/4 Leaner Lean)
  • 1/4 cup reduced fat cheese (1/4 Lean) and 1.75 oz 99% ground turkey, cooked (1/4 Leanest Lean)
  • 1/4 cup reduced fat cheese (1/4 Lean) and 1.75 oz shrimp cooked (1/4 Leanest Lean)
*Reduced fat cheese is cheese that falls under the Lean category with 3 to 6 grams of Fat per 1/4 cup or ounce. If you use another type of cheese, calculations may be different.

Additional Optional Condiments and Snacks:

2 tbsp Rao's marinara sauce (1 Condiment)
2 tbsp Bertolli light alfredo or light garlic alfredo (1 Condiment)
2 tbsp red salsa (2 Condiments)
2 tbsp sugar free BBQ sauce such as G Hughes or Guy's Sugar Free BBQ sauce (2 Condiments)
2 tbsp Trader Joes Green Goddess Dressing (1 Condiment)
2 tbsp Trader Joes Cilantro Dressing (2 Condiments)
2 tbsp Frank's hot sauce (1 Condiment)
1 tsp sriracha sauce (1 Condiment)

1 wedge light laughing cow cheese (1 Condiment)
1 tbsp reduced fat cream cheese (1 Condiment)

2 tbsp reduced fat blue, feta cheese, parmesan cheese (1 Condiment)
1/2 tsp taco seasoning (1 Condiment)
2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped (1/4 Condiment)
2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped (1/2 Condiment)
2 tbsp fresh cilantro (1/8 Condiment)
1 oz jalapeno from the jar (1 Condiment)
1 oz banana peppers (1 Optional Snack)

What is Cali'flour Foods pizza crust? It is only the best alternative pre-made pizza crust out there!
The entire 9 inch crust is only 180 calories, 6 g of Carbs and 15 g of Protein! That is pretty amazing in my eyes! Made with only a few clean ingredients, locally sourced non-gmo cauliflower and spices, low carb, gluten free and guilt free crusts... what is there not to love? 


If you are following the Optavia/ Medifast plan, these crusts count as 1/2 a Lean and 3 Greens! Four delicious flavors are plan approved which are the Spicy Jalapeno, Sweet Red Pepper, Original Italian and Plain. The Plant based one is the only one not on plan. Just add 1/2 of a Lean more (such as 1/2 cup of 2% moderate fat cheese) and you can eat the whole entire pizza and still be on plan! Want to add veggies? Eat half the pizza and pile on more protein and veggies. Half the pizza crust is 1/4 Lean and 1 1/2 Greens. Then share the other half or NOT! You can always save the other half for later. How do you count marinara sauce? I personally like 1/4 cup Rao's marinara sauce which counts as 1 Green and is only 2 g of Carbs. You couls also use 2 tbsp of this sauce as 1 Condiment. Don't want to use up a Green? No worries! 1/4 cup Walden Farms marinara sauce is 1 Condiment and not a Green. 


How to get a crispy Cali'flour crust

Do you prefer your pizza crust to be nice and crispy?  Follow these steps for ultimate crispiness:
  • Heat your oven to 375-400 degrees (ovens can vary)
  • Place your frozen crust on a vented pizza pan or pizza screen
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes (flipping halfway not necessary if using this type of pan)
  • Let cool COMPLETELY - approximately 5-10 minutes {Revised step}
  • Top with desired toppings
  • Eat as-is or place back in oven directly under broiler for 1-2 minutes, or until toppings are warm.
  • Feel great knowing you can eat an entire pizza with zero guilt!
