Chocolate Mint Soft Serve Brownie Bottoms

This is probably too simple to post, but hey we all like simple things right? It is just the matter of mixing two different meals together. I love cake and ice cream so I wanted to give this fueling makeover a whirl. This tasted amazing! Because the brownies are frozen, I can actually taste the little bits of harden chocolate chips. My new favorite! I have recently put an order for the coffee and peanut butter soft serve as well as more brownies because I loved this dessert so much. These little suckers are very addictive. Give it a try!

Also, I like to use these cute little pyrex brand clear glass containers because they come with a lid that I can snap on and store in the freezer. Plus, you can see through the glass and know what it is without having to pull it out of the freezer.

Brownie batter divided into two containers and microwaved

Soft serve divided over the brownies, ready to be frozen!
