I love brownies and ice cream so this is the perfect fueling hack to satisfy that craving! It's absolutely amazing! Because the brownie is frozen, you can taste the little bits of hardened white yogurt chips. It has quickly become a favorite of mine! These little frozen desserts are sooo addictive.

You can also make this without microwaving the brownie. Just pour the brownie batter on the bottom of the container and then add the chocolate mint soft serve. Stick it in the freezer for about an hour and then enjoy!

I like to use these cute little Pyrex brand clear glass containers because they come with a lid that I can easily snap on and store in the freezer.

The brownie batter is divided into two containers and then microwaved but you can totally do this without microwaving the brownie. Both ways are delicious!

Prepare the soft serve and divide over the brownies. Now it's ready to be frozen! Enjoy!
