Whatever floats your boat! Root beer floats!

Are you trying to get rid of your vanilla shakes or vanilla puddings because they are just blah? Well, here is an excellent cold treat for you to enjoy during those warm summer months! Root beer floats! I love, love, love root beer floats! Nothing beats vanilla ice cream and root beer besides except maybe orange soda and vanilla ice cream as an orange creamsicle. I have tried this recipe with both the pudding and the shake and I have to say I like the use of the pudding more. It makes a thicker shake. You can always freeze it for about 30 minutes to get a nice slushie. I am sure some of you have probably already thought of this idea, but if you haven't, give it a try! Enjoy!

Root Beer Float

1 Medifast Vanilla Pudding or Vanilla Shake (1 Fueling)
1/2 cup ice
1 cup diet root beer (make sure there are 0 carbs)

Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
