This a great way to enhance the flavor of the cappuccino, especially if you like chocolate :) It is called a Tiramisu Milkshake, but I think it reminds me more of a Chocolate Frappuccino. The original recipe calls for 2 tbsp of chocolate syrup, but it was way too sweet for me so I only used 1 tbsp. Sooooo much better!

Tiramisu Milkshake

1 package cappuccino mix (1 Meal)
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup crushed ice
1 tbsp Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup (1/2 Condiment)

Put all the ingredients in a small blender and blend for about 15 seconds.

1 Medifast Meal and 1/2 Condiment

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

1 Optavia hot cocoa or brownie mix (1 Fueling)
2 tbsp PB2 aka powdered peanut butter (1 Optional Snack)
1 packet stevia or sweetener of choice  (1 Condiment)

Mix a packet of hot cocoa or brownie mix with 1 packet stevia and 3 tbsp water to make a paste. Set aside.
Mix PB2 with 1 1/2 tbsp water in another bowl. Put PB2 mixture at the bottom of a silicone muffin cup or ramekin. I used two liners. Top with chocolate paste. Place in the freezer for at least one hour. Thaw for about 5 min when ready to eat. Enjoy!

1 Serving with
1 Fueling, 1 Optional Snack, and 1 Condiment (if using stevia)

These are soooo good! I had tried a recipe similar to this one using the hot cocoa and chocolate shake but it did not have powdered peanut butter or almond milk. The other recipe also rolled the balls in the chocolate shake rather than mixing the chocolate shake and hot cocoa together. I prefer to mix it together. The other recipe was okay but this one is sooooo much better. The powdered peanut butter really made these even more tastier and the pudding works well in this recipe. It tastes like peanut butter and chocolate fudge! I will definitely be making these regularly. Yum, yum yum!

Peanut Butter Fudge Balls

1 Optavia or Medifast chocolate pudding (1 Fueling)
1 Optavia or Medifast chocolate shake/ hot cocoa (1 Fueling)
4 tbsp powdered peanut butter (2 Snacks)
2 tbsp water
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (1/4 Condiment)

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.  Form 8 fudge balls. 4 balls makes 1 meal!

Each serving provides
1 Fueling, 1/8 Condiment and 1 Optional Snack

This was given to me by Shari Henderson-Sievenpiper on my face book page. It sounded delicious so I knew I had to try it. I used black cherry jello that I made from the box. I measured out 1/2 cup which was one serving (counted as 1 snack) and combined it with all the other ingredients. It calls for 2 tbsp of cream cheese but I am trying to be more stingy with my condiments. 1 tbsp worked just as good. It was delicious! It really was like eating a light and fluffy mousse-like dessert. The cherry and chocolate go very well together and tasted like black forest cake mousse. Another great combination would be to use strawberry flavored gelatin. Chocolate covered strawberries anyone? Thanks for a fabulous recipe Shari! Enjoy!

Mousse Treat
 Created by Shari Henderson-Sievenpiper

1 packet of MF hot cocoa (1 Fueling)
1/2 cup pre-made sugar free gelatin (cherry/strawberry) (1 Snack)
1 tbsp light cream cheese (1 Condiment)
2 tbsp to 1/4 cup cold water
little bit of crushed ice (about 1/4cup) - about 75% of it.

Mix it all in a bullet style blender.
Has a nice rich creamy texture! ENJOY! I ♥ it for a light dessert.

I love Cody Jo from New Beautiful Me. She is so creative in coming up with great new recipes and this recipe is no exception. She saw requests coming from numerous people for those delicious Cadbury Creme Eggs that come around this time of year so she decided to create one herself. Totally awesome! I am so happy she did because I was starting to get a craving for them too! Especially those ooeey gooey ones with the marshmallow creme in the center and I can't forget those peanut butter and caramel ones too! I love all of them lol! Well, I finally got around to making them today since I am finally back home from visiting my parents. Yum! It surely helps with my chocolate craving if anything else. Enjoy!

Cody Jo's Kinda Cadbury Creme Eggs

For Outside of Egg:
1 tbsp Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup - Optional (1/2 Condiment)

Combine hot cocoa mix and 2 tbsp water until blended. Spoon half of mixture on a plate and form an oval shape.

Combine ingredients PB2 and marshmallow creme. No need to add any water. You want the center to be a little thick just make sure it is blended. Spoon on top of the half oval shape in the center. Top with remaining half of hot cocoa mixture, forming an oval egg shape. Spread 1 tbsp chocolate syrup over the top of the egg. Freeze for at least 20 minutes.

It is a beautiful Sunday morning here and I wanted to make some type of muffins to enjoy outside. This was created by Medifast member, Oikouros on the recipe forums, but she made it into one larger cake in the microwave. Call me old fashioned, but most of the time I like to make my baked goods in the oven except for the brownies. You can make this as a single cake, regular sized muffins, or mini muffins. I just chose to have mini muffins because they are so cute! These were perfect little nibblers that satisfied my craving for a little chocolate. The combination of coffee and chocolate chips make these very tasty. It sank a little in the middle unlike other muffin recipes, but this was fine by me because I wanted to top it with a little cream cheese icing. The icing makes it better if I do say so myself. It doesn't even require much... just a dab will do on each little muffin. I have already eaten it with, without the icing as well as with only cream cheese on top without the addition of splenda in the icing. It is good all three ways, but you have to try the icing with it at least once! You will love it so much more! This would also work great with Hot Cocoa instead of the Cappuccino if you want more of a chocolate flavor. Enjoy!

Chocolate Chip Coffee Cake Muffins

1 packet MF Cappuccino (1 Fueling)
1 packet MF Chocolate Chip Pancakes (1 Fueling)
1 packet of Stevia (1 Condiment)
1 tbsp Egg Beaters
1/4 tsp baking powder (1/2 Condiment)
1/4 cup Water

Cream Cheese Frosting
2 tbsp light cream cheese - Optional (2 Condiments)
1/2 packet Stevia - Optional (1/2 Condiment)

Mix ingredients together. Pour into a 4 inch round or square plastic microwavable dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Microwave on high for 1 min. 45 sec - 2 min, checking for consistency. Eat immediately.
I made them into eight mini muffins and baked them for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

If you are craving a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup, go make this fueling hack right now! You will not regret it! This is absolutely delicious and super easy to make, especially when you are craving a delicious sweet treat!

You can find PB2 at your local grocery store. It isn't as sweet as regular peanut butter, but you can add sweetener to sweeten it up. Personally, I left out the sweetener because the hot cocoa and brownie are sweet enough for me. I made this with the hot cocoa and the brownie mix and I prefer the brownie mix, but it is just a matter of personal preference. No matter which one you choose, they are both delicious!! Enjoy!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup

1 package Optavia hot cocoa or brownie mix (1 Fueling)
2 tablespoon PB2 (1 Snack)
1 packet of stevia or sweetener of choice (optional)

Mix 2 tablespoon of PB2 and stevia with 1 1/2 tablespoon of water until creamy. Set aside.
In another container, mix hot cocoa or brownie with 3 tablespoons of water.
Spread half of the choclate mixture over the bottom of a ramekin or silicone baking cup.
Then spread PB2 over the chocolate bottom layer.
Spread the rest of the hot cocoa mixture over the top of the PB2.
Place in freezer for at least one hour.

Makes 1 Serving
1 Fueling, 1 Optional Snack and 1 Condiment (if using stevia)
