Italian Chicken in the Crock Pot

This is a really simple recipe, but I had to cut the amount of dressing the original recipe called for to make it more on plan. The flavor was good, but I would have liked more sauce so that the chicken would not be as dry. Next time I will try adding 1 cup of chicken broth (1 condiment) to the pot to see if that would make a difference. Another option you could try is to marinate the chicken in the dressing and garlic. Then sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top of the chicken when the chicken is done marinating. Bake the chicken until cooked. Enjoy the recipe!

Italian Chicken in the Crock Pot

27 oz raw, boneless, skinless chicken breasts - should yield 3 - 6 oz cooked portions (3 Leans)
3/4 cup Kraft Light Done Right Italian Dressing or Newman's own Light Italian Dressing - if you do not eat all the sauce; only 50% is absorbed (3 Healthy Fats)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (4 Condiments)
1/2 tsp garlic powder or 2 cloves garlic, minced (2 Condiments)

Place chicken in slow cooker. Pour Italian dressing, Parmesan cheese and garlic over chicken. Gently toss chicken lightly with ingredients. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours. I only cooked my chicken for 5 hours and it was done.
