Cody Jo's Kinda Cadbury Creme Eggs

I love Cody Jo from New Beautiful Me. She is so creative in coming up with great new recipes and this recipe is no exception. She saw the requests coming from numerous people for those delicious Cadbury Creme Eggs that come around this time of year on the Medifast forums so she decided to create one herself. Totally awesome! I am so happy she did because I was starting to get a craving for them too! Especially those ooeey gooey ones with the marshmallow creme in the center and I can't forget those peanut butter and caramel ones too! I love all of them lol! Well, I just tried making them today since I am finally back home from visiting my parents. The first one I made, I mixed marshmallow creme with Splenda. The marshmallow creme really has no flavor, but I wanted the texture of the creme so I added a packet of Splenda to make it really sweet. It was good but the second one I tried was even better. I mixed PB2 with the marshmallow creme and it had a nice creamy peanut butter taste. There is no need to add water because you don't want it runny. Keep stirring and I promise it will mix up well. I didn't even have to add Splenda. The next time I make this, I will try cream cheese and caramel syrup (Not the thin Da Vinci kind but the thicker Walden Farms one). They don't taste exactly like Cadbury Creme Eggs, but they are still a good dessert. It helps with my chocolate craving if anything else. Enjoy! Don't forget to check out Cody Jo's site for some fabulous recipes and some inspirational photos of her weight loss. She has already lost over 75 lbs! Also, check out how she made her egg. That one looks yummy too!
