Chocolate Crunch Cookies

I had a really bad weekend. I was definitely not OP Saturday, Sunday and today. I went out to eat through out the weekend and did not make smart choices when ordering. I did have tons of fun with my family though. I think I need to stay holed up in my house lol so I do not stray from the plan! I have only cheated one time in 6 weeks since being on Medifast and I still managed to lose that week I cheated. This time I gained 2.4 lbs for the week, but I can't say I am disappointed myself because I am not. I am just ready to get back OP tomorrow. I have always believed in not beating yourself up over something. It just isn't worth it. Just get back on track and keep making progress! Hubby will be home in 4 1/2 months and that is plenty of time to get to my goal weight. Yay! Definitely something to look forward to.

I still wanted to share with you this recipe that Katie Mueller posted on facebook on the Medifast page. Oh my gosh! It is soooo good! Whoever knew mixing a crunch bar and brownie mix made one delicious cookie! I love it when all you have to do is mix a few meals together and get something different. You can use any bar you want but so far I have tried it with the chocolate mint and the peanut butter one and I have to say peanut butter is the winner! The crispy crisps in the bars mixed with the brownie batter reminds me of nuts so I feel like I am eating a peanut butter chocolate cookie with nuts! This is definitely a must try! I promise you, you will not be disappointed.
