Chocolate Chai Fudge

I finally tried the Chai Latte and I really liked it blended with ice, but I wanted more variations of this drink meal. I found this one on Cody Jo's blog New Beautiful Me. As always, Cody Jo has a variety of Medifast friendly recipes that will never cause you to get bored with your meals. Check out her blog! As you can tell from the photo below, I just took these out of the freezer, which is why you see the white frosties on the fudge. I really liked the combination of chocolate and chai. I also liked the idea that this uses no condiments. For some reason chai reminds me of pumpkin pie spice so when I ate these, it tasted like cold pumpkin pie. Of course the color does not look anything like pumpkin pie, but the taste is similar. I had already eaten one before taking the photo, which is why you see only three left lol. Not bad at all. I ate all 8 of them in one day, but divided them into two meals throughout the day. Enjoy!

Chocolate Chai Fudge

1 packet Medifast Hot Cocoa or Brownie (1 Meal)
1 packet Medifast Chai Latte (1 Meal)
4 TB Water

Mix packets & water together in a bowl. Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper. This makes 8 1 TB fudge drops. Freeze for about 30-60 minutes.

2 servings with 1 Meal per serving (4 drops is 1 serving)
