Chocolate Mint Ice Cream Brownie Bottoms

Wednesday, January 26, 2011

This is probably too simple to post, but hey we all like simple things right? It is just the matter of mixing two different meals together. I had gotten the brownies because I heard how much so many people liked them, but when I tried it, it just did not appeal to me as much as I thought it would. So I love ice cream with my cake and I wanted to give this a whirl. With this combination, I love the brownies now! Because the brownies are frozen, I can actually taste the little bits of harden chocolate chips. This really tasted like a dessert I would have ordered going out to dinner lol. My new favorite. I have recently put an order for the coffee and peanut butter soft serve as well as more brownies because I liked these so much. These little suckers are very addictive. Give it a try!

Also, I like to use these cute little pyrex brand clear glass containers because they come with a lid that I can snap on and store in the freezer. Plus, you can see through the glass and know what it is without having to pull it out of the freezer. Because if you are like me and have tons of different concoctions in the freezer, then these come in handy.
