One Dish Chicken Bake

Thursday, September 2, 2010

I love stove top stuffing and I have made a recipe similiar to this one before, except without the addition of soup mix and sour cream so I wanted to give this one a try. It turned out pretty good, but I don't think it really needs the added vegetable soup mix since the stuffing mix already comes with it's own seasonings. I did love the addition of sour cream though.  You got to love these one dish recipes that make preparing dinner so much easier. This dish is a bit high in points, but you can serve it with your favorite veggies to account for the higher points. Yummy!
