Grilled Citrus Chicken

Here is another grilled chicken recipe perfect for summer. I marinated it overnight and my nephew who is 15 years old grilled it for me. They do not look as nice as the chicken breasts in the photo of the cook book "Low Fat Country Cooking" by Taste of Home with the nice even grill marks on the chicken. That may because the directions state to turn only once and I think he may have it turned it one too many times. They still tasted great though. The flavor had a nice sweet and sour taste to it. Very tasty. The chicken was very moist and my entire family enjoyed this meal. Definitely will be a repeat on my dinner menu. This would also be great chopped up and eaten in a salad.

Grilled Citrus Chicken

6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1 1/2 pounds)
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup cider vinegar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons lime juice
3 tablespoons dijon mustard
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Place chicken ina shallow glass dish. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chicken. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Drain, discarding marinade. Grill chicken over medium hot coals, turning once, until juices run clear, about 15 - 18 minutes.
