Ugly Cupcake Society & Sweet Baked Kielbasa Sausage

Tuesday, March 30, 2010

You are probably thinking what in the world is she blogging about and what is this Ugly Cupcake Society? Well, this concept began over at The Fat Chick Weigh where Krissy begins with this cute cartoon cupcake (see below) stating muffins are just ugly cupcakes . Cupcakes are considered to be what society conceives as being beautiful and muffins are naked of any superficial additions. Personally, I would much rather be muffin and be what I was meant to be naturally. Check out her inspiring blog to learn more about the Ugly Cupcake Society.

As for a recipe... I made Sweet Baked Kielbasa Sausage and it was sooo very good. I was skeptical about making it at first because it was mainly made up worcestershire sauce and brown sugar but it was very yummy. It had just a few ingredients, but I also added green peppers for extra flavor. It had a subtle sweet and tangy flavor and it was very quick and easy to prepare. My favorite quality in a tasty recipe! I served mine over rice for extra points.
