Coca Cola Pork Chops

Saturday, October 24, 2009

I think I have died and gone to heaven. This pork chop was extremely delicious for the few amount of ingredients it had. The meat was very tender and moist. The sauce more or less tasted like a sweetened tomato sauce. You could really use this sauce for any kind of meat. I think it would taste great with shredded beef or chicken in the crock pot. Mmmmmmmmm! My only complaint is that if you are baking the meat, the amount of sauce is way too much for the meat. Next time, I will cut the ingredients for the sauce in half and save me a point so that my meal will only be 4 points instead of 5 points per serving. Otherwise, the pork chops were very yummy. Credit goes to Denise at Just Denise  for the recipe! Thanks for a fabulous recipe Denise!
