Caramelized Chicken Wings

I was craving a recipe with honey and I found one! Delicious wings with a mixture of soy sauce, honey and garlic. Mmmmmm... yummy. My husband says it is definitely a keeper and I agree. I baked the wings without the sauce for 30 minutes so that I could drain some of the grease. I also combined the rest of the ingredients for the sauce in a saucepan and cooked on medium heat until the sauce thickened about 10 minutes. Then I poured the sauce over the chicken and baked it for an additional 45 minutes turning the chicken every 15 minutes so that the sauce gets on both sides of the chicken. I find that you really have to watch items baked with honey if they are cooking longer then an hour since they tend to burn quickly. I hope you enjoy!
